Matzo Balls for your Soup

How to make this easy traditional Jewish soup accompaniment.

Matzo balls or kneidlach (Yiddish word) are simple balls made from Matzo meal, eggs and chicken/vegetable fat.

They are easy to make and delicious.

There is a downloadable recipe, you also have a little project and that is to make them for your family. I would love to see pictures of your matzo balls please.
